How do I get home delivery of the New York Post?

Can I choose how many days per week I receive the paper?
Yes, these are your options:

Sunday through Saturday
Sunday through Friday
Monday through Saturday
Monday through Friday
Friday through Sunday
Saturday and Sunday
Sunday only

If I am an existing subscriber, am I eligible for the introductory offers available online?
No, introductory offers are only available to new subscribers. You can view the terms for each promotion  to see who is eligible.

Can I add special delivery instructions to my order?
Yes, existing subscribers can make special delivery requests by contacting customer service: call 1-800-552-7678, click the chat icon on the bottom right of this page, orvisit your Online Account Management Page and click on “Specify Delivery Instructions.” We will make every attempt to honor the request, but unfortunately not all requests are possible.

Do I have to cancel at the end of my term?
When you no longer wish to continue your subscription, you need to cancel in order to stop the paper. You can reach out to customer service at any time before your expire date.  Otherwise, all subscriptions automatically renew at the prevailing rate at the end of the paid for term.

How can I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel by calling customer service at 1-800-552-7678, or if you are enrolled in EZ Pay, you also have the option to cancel online by logging in at my.nypost.com. 

If I cancel home delivery, will I get a refund? 
You can stop home delivery at any time and you won’t be charged again. For non-refundable accounts, if you choose to stop delivery with a remaining account balance, it can be transferred to the e-edition. 

How can I pay for my subscription?
You have three options:

     Pay online via the Online Account Management Page
     Pay via phone by calling 1-800-552-7678
     Pay via mail by responding to your mailed invoice

What forms of payments are accepted?
Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover)
Electronic Funds Transfer using a checking or savings account
Check or Money Order

What is EZ Pay?
EZ Pay is a convenient automatic installment payment method. It requires you to add a valid credit card or to set up Electronic Funds Transfer for your account and choose from one of our billing frequencies: 4, 13, 26 or 52 weeks. If you subscribe online you will automatically be set up on a four-week automatic billing cycle. If a different frequency is desired please call the Customer Service Department at 1-800-552-7678 or Chat with a live agent by clicking the chat icon on this page or at my.nypost.com to set your billing schedule.

How do I change my billing options?

You have a few choices: 

– Visit your Online Account Management site  and after you login, click on “Temporarily Suspend Delivery.”
– Call 1-800-552-7678 to use our automated telephone system.
– Chat with a live agent by clicking the chat icon at the bottom right corner of this page.
